Master's or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage IT tender processes from preparation to submission. - Prepare, review, and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals. - Develop and present IT-focused solutions (Data Center, Smart Class, VDI, LAN, etc.). - Conduct business and market analysis to identify sales opportunities. - Manage procurement-related documentation and compliance. - Prepare advanced documentation such as LLD documents, ER diagrams, entity relationships, and class diagrams where required. - Organize, structure, and maintain tender and bid documentation. - Engage in presales activities: client demos, solution design, and technical presentations. - Manage client accounts and coordinate after-sales services. - Mentor junior engineers in proposal preparation and documentation best practices.

Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities:: - Support preparation of IT-focused tender and procurement documents. - Assist in drafting, organizing, and managing technical and financial proposals. - Conduct basic business analysis and support IT-related bids. - Participate in presales activities, including demos and technical presentations. - Assist in after-sales service coordination, reporting, and client follow-ups. - Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and supporting documents. - Collaborate with engineering teams on solution alignment.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Analyze client requirements and map to ERP solutions. - Configure ERP modules (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, etc.). - Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements. - Prepare functional documentation and user manuals. - Provide training and support during implementation. - Collaborate with developers for customizations.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Participate in IT project implementation after tender awards, ensuring timely and quality delivery. - Lead Data Center infrastructure installations, including servers, storage, networking, and power systems. - Implement enterprise IT projects such as VDI solutions, Smart Classroom setups, and VISP network configurations. - Configure and administer firewalls, routers, and L3 switches as part of project deployments. - Ensure security, scalability, and high availability across IT systems. - Contribute to SOC (Security Operations Center) activities; SOC experience is considered a strong plus. - Perform system optimization, capacity planning, and performance tuning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, presales, and documentation engineers) to align technical implementation with project requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate when necessary. - Assist in user account management, permissions, and access control. - Install, configure, and maintain Linux/Ubuntu servers. - Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls. - Document system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in a senior level experience managing production ready On-Premise, Colo or Cloud Datacenters, Handson experience in configuration and management of Enterprise Level Networking Devices is a Plus.
