  • Handle guest complain, and any guest relation issues. 
  • Gives proactive service to customers;  hence maximize room revenue

and guest satisfaction.  

Job Requirements

Educational Background

  • BA degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or related fields   

Work Experience  

  • 2 years experience

  • Communication ability in reading and writing English 
  • Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule

  • Excellent customer service skill
