We are currently looking for Digitalization Officer who will transform the country by the adoption of our digital technologies across the entire business including digital customer interaction and experience across the entire customer portfolio.

Your task will be:

• Lead digitalization priorities for all core operational systems and customer facing applications in country.
• Working with multiple stakeholders often with differing expectations.
• Balancing understanding for IT-systems and related constraints whilst understanding our business priorities and ensuring needs of “end users” are met in pragmatic and cost-effective manner.
• Drive benefits realization key areas in the country utilizing experts in reporting, billing, rates, tariffs, training, master data and architecture. Obligatory Benefits realization accountabilities are
• Auto rating/Auto costing
• FRP as single source of truth
• Paperless processes
• Data pre-population
• GSC as a back office compliance and process streamline
• Close collaboration with regional BuIT/BPO/Ops  counter parts and country super users to run an excellent business process management system harmonizing where possible between the regions

Job Requirements

Your profile should look like:

• 3-5 years’ experience required within Global Forwarding Environment
• 1 years’ experience in AFR/OFR ops role
• Knowledge of Process Control and improvement would be an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree
• First Choice Trained (Bronze minimum, Silver)
• Cargo wise Certified Professional
• Other IRR programs trained (EDM, QuoteShop)
• Fully computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Enjoy communication and interaction with people
