Responsibilities and Tasks
- Liaison and work actively with all the concerned government and private entities.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of goals.
- Design and apply appropriate project management standards for projects.
- Manage the implementation of the required deliverables.
- Actively manage monthly meetings and provide briefings both on developments and issues as necessary.
- Develop and maintain annual plans and circulate to all.
- Manage the team and assure the implementation of tasks.
- Analyze the collected data and submit credible reports
- Prepare performance periodic reports.
- Oversee all projects and follow up with deliverables.

Qualification, Experience and Skills
- BA degree in Management, Project Management, and or other related fields with 6 years and above work experience in project management field preferably in investment and business development sectors.
- Experience in managing investment and development related projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of federal, state and local regulations
