Job Requirement

Required Qualification and Relevant Experience :-

• PhD with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Educational Planning & Management, or Business Administration, or Planning and Programing, or Human Resources Management, or Project Management, or Economics, or any other related field.
• A. or M.B.A. with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Educational Planning & Management, or Business Administration, or Planning and Programing, or Human Resources Management, or Project Management, or Economics, or any other related field.
• A. with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Educational Planning & Management, or Business Administration, or Planning and Programing, or Human Resources Management, or Project Management, or Economics, or any other related field.
• A qualified applicant must submit a legitimate proof evidence that he/she

a)Is fluent in English and Amharic writing and speaking skills (knowledge of other domestic and international languages is an advantage);

b) is capable of working using independently Information and Communication Technology (ICT);

c) has his own car and with a valid driving license;

d) is of a person with high moral standard and committed to make a difference in AET’s subsidiary academic institutions.
