Major Responsibility
- Keep- up to date financial transactions (Records) in cash book.
- Records every income and expense items according to the accountant code.
- Consult the Financial Manager whenever strange or unusual happenings exist in accounting data.
- Register and summarize daily cash and cheque receipts
- Ensure that all requests for cash payments are approved in advance by Finance and Administrative manager or Project Director.
- Check Daily cash collections are deposited intact to bank account of the project.
- Ensure payment more than the petty cash limits are made in Cheque.
- Check all deposits are included in bank statement.
Job Requirement
Education and work experience: Diploma in Accounting & related field of study from any recognized college with a minimum of 3 / Three/ years’ experience
Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Power point, and Peachtree accounting
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
