About the position
The Programme Support Officer – Finance and Logistics will assist the Program Manager and the Operation Support Officer in the management of Programme including programme activities, logistics, personnel and finance. S/he will assist with managing a number of response teams that will act in light of Humanitarian assessments and subsequently intervene as deemed appropriate. S/he will assist with fast and effective response to the programme in consultation with sector Managers from Nutrition, Health, WASH, Livelihoods, Protection and plus senior management in GOAL Ethiopia. The position holder will provide administrative support for senior management including documentation and facilitation of key financial and logistics documents.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY/DUTIES
The Programme Support Officer - Finance and Logistic shall work closely with the Senior programme Support Officer- program managers, program coordinators and support team to facilitate and support the program management. He/she will report to Senior Programme Support Officer.
