Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Management, Public Administration/Economics or any other related field plus five years’ experience
• Ability to initiate and communicate change initiatives
• Knowledge of change management tools
• Knowledge of banking industry and global perspectives
• Analytical skill
• Report writing and presentation skills
