On behalf of our clients, Kifiya Financial Technology, we are looking for a Head of Retails- E-Trade.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for generating revenue from the group of vendors assigned.
- Responsible for the end to end process from vendor onboarding to sales
- Work closely with business finance and the commercial planning team to define pricing and margins to ensure profitability by determining different fulfillment methods.
- Onboard key strategic vendors based on customer demand, market understanding, company objective and insights etc.
- Daily management of all goods-in and stock coverage and pricing
- Lead and manage a merchandise buying function in a multi-category and multi-lifecycle product experience.
- Drive assortment growth and ensure shega has the right prices and right products
- Build and manage strong team of account managers to grow sales and manage vendor relationships
- Organize and conceptualize commercial events in coordination with the marketing team to drive sales
- Understand the entire market ecosystem and build networks with key stakeholders
- Achieve operational KPIs for retail vendors. Product availability and vendor and customer experience.
- Device innovative ways of selling, onboarding, value addition to vendors and generate revenue.
- Custodian of the retail budget by finding innovative ways of increasing margins and reducing losses through proper tracking of inventory and overall market prices

Job Requirement
Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required
- A Fast learner
- 3-5 years’ relevant Experience in sales, marketing, Retails
- Experience in E-Trade platforms is advantageous
- Having a good level of understanding on market and product assigned to
- Resistant to stress
- KPI oriented
- Versatile across different customer service functions
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer savvy
