Job Description
On behalf of our clients, Kifiya Financial Technology, we are looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Lead.
Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Lead will be responsible for developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for all programmatic activities. S(he) will report to the Head of Programs and will help create a cutting-edge and human-centered approach to monitoring, evaluation, and learning within the organization.
Key duties and responsibilities
Working relationships
Internal Relationships:: The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Lead will be:
Directly accountable to the Head of Programs: Required to work with program teams and marketing department
External Relationships :Partners, Government, NGOs among others Contract enumerators and translators
Salary: 30,000-40,000
