Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment and placement activities in coordination with HR team members and with the company's different departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR team members to ensure vacancies are timely filled
  • Work closely with company’s different departments to ensure smooth recruitment operation
  • Following up on hire requests and registering on vacancy tracking sheet
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using CV databases, job boards and working with colleges/universities
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Handle and properly organize candidate and hired employee files

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Management, Human resource management or related field of study.
  • minimum 1 year of experience in HR function. 

Required skill and competences

  • Strong interest to work as a Recruiter
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
