Job Title: CP/CWI Manager

Under the direct line management of the field coordinator, Community Well-being Initiative (CWI) Coordinator and the Child and Youth Protection and Development (CYPD) Coordinator, the CWI (GBV) and CP Manager will provide program/technical and operational support to the emergency program activities for gender-based violence/child protection) response in Somali region. The Manager mentors, supervises, coordinates and manages the team and oversees the project activities in a professional manner. She/he will demonstrate technical capability and support the program team to ensure the program is holistic, upholding according to standards, procedures, and principles of safeguarding and will be responsible to enhance the coordination of basic services and ensure accessibility of services such as SHLS, case management...etc to our clients.
Responsibilities:
The CWI/CP Manager reports to the field coordinator, and the CWI and CYPD team at Addis.
Specific Responsibilities
- Monitor the emergency situations in Somali region and alert Addis CWI and CYPD team to identify intervention areas.
1 year of management experience
Previous experience in project and grant management in emergency context is preferred!
Demonstrated experience in capacity building and mentoring.
