Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of security service division by so doing to enable the bank have secured and safe business operation and realize its strategic goals and objectives; develops security requirement plan, administer the day to day security operations of the Bank, administers and follows-up security agents hired by the Bank; manages the proper functioning of security camera systems, firearms; advices management at different levels on security issues, solves security problems, and supervise subordinates under the division.

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification Required:

• BA/BSC in Police Science and Security Studies, Military Science or related fields.

Minimum Work Experience

• 8 years relevant experience out of which 2 years in supervisory or equivalent position in the areas related to security management possibly in the Banking Sector.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of modern banking security principles, Practices and techniques
• Knowledge of company’s security policies and relevant government laws
• Computer application skill

• Industry specific skills (products and services)
