BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

MSc or BSc Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years at Factory Manager or Plant Manager level. Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demand while minimizing costs. - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production to improve throughput and reduce lead times.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Quality Control: Conduct regular checks and measurements, such as thermocouple readings and blow point checks (especially in tire manufacturing), to confirm that products meet company and customer standards. - Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, minor maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize production downtime. - Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of operational data, process deviations, machine logs, and production outputs for traceability and process improvement

Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Food Processing Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years should be in a senior management role with P & L and workforce management responsibility. Duties and Responsibilities  - Develop and lead the execution of factory operational plan in alignment with the strategies defined at the corporate level and assure optimal plant performance and productivity, - Develop and manage the plant's annual operating budget, including production costs, labor expenses, inventory management, etc., within guidelines set by the corporate leadership. - Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to identify opportunities to reduce costs, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency
