Major Responsibilities
- Fixed Asset accounting and registration/write off
- Stock and Goods in Transit accounting
- Periodic stock count and reconciliation process
- Fixed asset verification process
- Process Costing and prepare process closing journal
- Prepare price adjustment journal
- Sub ledger balance with GL balance reconciliation
- Accruals and prepayment accounting
- Journal Approval
- Other GL accounts reconciliation
- Monthly GL period closure and reporting as per the period end closing calendar
- Checking cost accumulation sheet
- Manage the external audit process with respect to GL accounti
- Preparation of On Time In full (OTIF) recording and reporting
- Full Reconciliation of Stock accounts
- Full Reconciliation of Vendor Account
- Full Reconciliation of ledgers
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience
- Minimum of 4 Years of related Experience
