Job brief

The Projects Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope; Oversee all aspects of projects; Set deadlines; assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of projects; Prepare reports for the management and shareholders regarding the status of the project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for all aspects of a project from the design stage through to completion.
• Oversight of Project Management, Architecture, Engineering and other specialty consultants as required to review and approve proposed work plan, budget, schedule with critical milestones, quality control, and risk identification and mitigation plans to ensure on-time on-budget completion
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the government officials and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with management as well as other shareholders

Job Requirements

BSC in Civil Engineering or construction management

• Experience 4-5 years of relevant experience in building construction engineering and management- At least two years of management experience
• Ability to communicate progress to both technical- and management-level personnel
• Capability to assume additional responsibilities
• Demonstrated time management skills and workload prioritization
• Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job accomplishment
• Demonstrated success on the job, as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility, and growth in the previous position
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues to a non-technical audience
