Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, Regional Local and Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibiltes: - Develops and reviews monitoring and recording tools to trace progress; orients users on monitoring and evaluation tools;  - Streamlines reporting mechanisms to internal and external users to in a way that enhances clarity, accountability and transparency;   - Design a robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system for data collection, analysis and reporting, including reviewing log frame and indicators, developing M&E and data collection tools and plans. - Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation system that will ensure tracking of project results at different levels (outputs, outcomes and impact).
