Job Description
Purpose of the job
- Responsible to support business systems, corporate enterprise applications, participates in business requirements analysis, collect functional requirements, and provide day-to-day functional support.
Main duties & responsibilities
Ensures:
- Providing day-to-day functional support for ERP and other corporate applications users.
- Extract data, report generation, and analyze system and performance of enterprise applications.
- Support as liaison to various departments, projects, and end-users
- Update and communicate ERP and enterprise applications documentation.
- Ensure issues are resolved on time and efficiently to meet user department’s and team’s deadlines.

Job requirements
- Excellent communication and customer care skill
- Technical reporting
- The ability to explain technical solutions clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Expected Education and Experience
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance, BSc degree in IT or MIS
- Minimum CGPA of 3.2
