Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety or in a related field of study or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local laws and company standards. - Organize and conduct health and safety training sessions for factory employees, including fire safety, first aid, and proper equipment handling. - Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses, and implement measures to prevent recurrence. - Conduct routine safety inspections of machinery, equipment, and factory premises. - Stay updated on local and international health and safety regulations and ensure factory compliance.
