Job Summary
Provides administrative support for human resource management functions (staff recruitment, placement, transfer, performance management, promotion, training and development, job classification, compensation and benefits, staff relations). Maintain and update employees’ record management systems and also support for property management, in procurement, stores, fixed asset management, transport management, safety and security of CCRDA’s premises.
Job Requirement
Education
University graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in human resource, organizational management, management, business administration or related field of study.
Experience
A minimum 2 years of experience in human resource management or administrative activity.

- Multitasking and working under pressure
- writing/editing and verbal communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence/social skills
