- ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ዝግጅት እና የሥራ ልምድ :- ደረቅ ሶስት/ሁለት ወይም የቀድሞ አምስተኛ/አራተኛ የመንጃ ፈቃድ ኖሮት በገልባጭ መኪና ሾፌርነት አራት ዓመት የሠራ፤
- የሥራ ቦታ :- በመንገድ ሥራ ፕሮጀክቶች
- እድሜ :- ለሁሉም የሥራ መደቦች ከ55 ዓመት በታች
- ደመወዝ :- በድርጅቱ የደመወዝ ስኬል መሰረት
