Duties and responsibilities of the Secretary

  • Liaising with the other staffs
  • Receiving calls and emails
  • Taking minutes
  • Circulating approved minutes
  • Checking that agreed actions are carried out.
  • Keeping up-to-date contact details Filing minutes and reports.
  • Compiling lists of names and addresses that are useful to the company
  • Keeping a record of the organization’s activities
  • Keeping a diary of future activities.
  • Filing all committee correspondence received and copies of replies sent

Employment Type: Temporary, to cover a maternity leave (Four (4) months)

Required Number:  1(One)

Gender: Female

Location: .Bole Medhanialem Abyssinia Bld. 3rd floor

Salary range: ETB 2,000 – ETB 2,500 (Gross Salary)

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial science or related fields.
  • Ability to work extensively whenever required.
