Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Management, Secretarial Science and Office Management and other related fields
  • 8 years and above relevant work experience in well-known construction and international companies
  • Outstanding organizational skills, analytical skills, detail oriented, good judgment, problem solving office management, administrative support managing executive calendars and setup meetings, customer handling, travel arrangements and planning appointment and events
  • Self-confidence, teamwork, working well under pressure, accuracy, active listening ability to follow directions collaborations, diplomatic, proactive and maintaining confidential information
  • Correspondence, customer service, managing relation with clients and processing telephone calls and requests
  • Outstanding time management skills, ability to work independently, meeting deadlines, multitasking and prioritizing
