Job Description

• Adhere company safety rules, hygiene level, technological discipline, and procedures
• Achieve production plans, KPI and deliver product within specifications
• Saving of energies, handling of waste and respect for healthy environment.
• Evaluate analysis of samples and take corrective action if necessary and keep records about it.
• Supply all production records accurate and on right time
• Keep all equipment fully operational, tidy and respect maintenance schedule and lubrication program
• Fully implement, working instructions, transmit to subordinates and control execution
• Subordinates activities need to be closely monitored to minimize difficulties which may occur during operation.
• Follow stock of R + A.M. to avoid production delay, or interruptions
• Continuous focus for organization and efficiency to minimize production breakdowns and losses.   

Job Requirements

• Physical and mental ability to execute the job
• Brewing and MIBI process knowledge
• Practice to receive and follow working instructions
• Capacity to evaluate situation, identify risks, inform if situation exceeding usual possibility to find safe solution
• English communication
• Computer skills
• Be strait responsible and punctual
• Zero tolerance to inefficiency
• Ready to learn
