Job Description
- Adhere company safety rules, hygiene level, technological discipline, and procedures
- Achieve production plans, KPI and deliver product within specifications
- Saving of energies, handling of waste and respect for healthy environment.
- Evaluate analysis of samples and take corrective action if necessary and keep records about it.
- Supply all production records accurate and on right time
- Keep all equipment fully operational, tidy and respect maintenance schedule and lubrication program
- Fully implement, working instructions, transmit to subordinates and control execution
- Subordinates activities need to be closely monitored to minimize difficulties which may occur during operation.
- Follow stock of R + A.M. to avoid production delay, or interruptions
- Continuous focus for organization and efficiency to minimize production breakdowns and losses.
Job Requirements
- Physical and mental ability to execute the job
- Brewing and MIBI process knowledge
- Practice to receive and follow working instructions
- Capacity to evaluate situation, identify risks, inform if situation exceeding usual possibility to find safe solution
- English communication
- Computer skills
- Be strait responsible and punctual
- Zero tolerance to inefficiency
- Ready to learn
