Duties and responsibilities:
- Giving awareness training regarding needle and metal free policy for new joiner and existing employees.
- Monitor and control the operators while they are searching the missing needle part. Make sure that they are following needle procedure properly, to insure that safety of product.
- Monitor and control tool inventory on daily basis and making report on tool mark.
- Checking the departments tool control log and give numbering
- Carryout regular Product safety audit to ensure that needle policies are implemented in the factory.
- Make sure that the metal detectors & pull test are calibrating in timely manner and record the result in “calibration sheet”.
- Checking and confirmation on the pull test, pinch setting and neck stretch report
- Ensure and maintain metal free policy of the company.
- Ensure health and safety and cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could effect the H&S risks are necessary.
- Ensure the metal disposal methods as per the procedure
- Assist the department in day to day activities.

Organizational awareness (10%)
Be able to understand the diverse functions, responsibilities, authorities, objectives and policies of the different departments in the organization and contribute to help achieve those objectives.
