Purpose:

General Descriptions:

The job description for Clinical Nurse is prepared and issued by the Matron. Each employee’s job description is entirely based on the employees CV submitted and the company’s employment policy.

Your application form and credentials are evaluated and according to your CV, your license, background and qualifications are verified.

The employee performs a full range of nursing assignments and uses considerable independent judgment in making decisions requiring the interpretation and application of established methods and procedures to specific situations. Interpret and carry out orders, monitor and Supervise Patients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education

• Degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Or Diploma in nursing from an accredited program

Licensure/ Certification

• Licensed to practice in Ethiopia by FMHACA.
• Current and active certification from the FMHACA in Clinical nursing

Experience

• One year of recent clinical experience preferred for both degree and diploma.

Systems Experience

• Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel).

Clinical Settings

• Able to perform BLS / CPR
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position
• For clinical settings, additional requirements may apply and change without notice, including, but not limited to, competency assessment, criminal background check, health clearance and hospital compliance training.

• Effective time management skills
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
• Two professional references
