Skillmart Educational Development Share Company is the first education based share company established with the aim of providing high quality education from kindergarten to tertiary education. It was organized by professors from Addis Ababa University and other educational institution lecturers who are experts in the field. We believe our organization will do an exemplary work in the education sector in all levels. Currently, the company is selling shares (starting from ten thousand birr) to the public and opening degree and masters programs in Addis Ababa and Bahirdar. To achieve its objectives the company wants to recruit experienced teachers for its masters program.
Required number: 15
Terms of employment: full time or part time position
Job responsibility:
The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching masters students. Furthermore, the employee will engage in research, training and community service activities.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
- PhD degree or Equivalent in accounting and finance, Business Management, Economics, Project Management, Development studies and other related fields
- Teaching experience is advantageous
- Thoughtfulness, kindness, patience and good humor
- Demonstrated strong speaking communication skills
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational and research skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- The employee should bring resignation letter
