Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience :- BA Degree in Management, Public Administration, Business Management and Business Administration field plus three years and above of Banking Experience. ( only have banking experience are needed) Additionally, the following competencies are required.

  • Recruitment and Selection knowledge
  • Knowledge on Labor Law and Law of land
  • Organizational Skill
  • Strong Communication Skill (both writing and speaking)

Place of Work:- Head Office

Remuneration:- As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme

Terms of employment:- Permanent after probation period

  • The applicants must have desirable skill, knowledge and attributes.
  • The applicant must have proven proficiency in Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages.
