- የሥራ ልምድ ከተጠየቀው ትምህርት ደረጃ በኋላ የተገኘ ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡
- አግባብነት ያለው የሥራ ልምድ ማለት በተጠቀሰው የሙያ መስመር አገልግሎት ሲሆን፣ የሚቀርበው የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃ የስራ ግብር ስለመከፈሉ፣ ደመወዝና አገልግሎት ከመቼ እስከ መቼ እንደተሰጠ የሚገልጽ መሆን አለበት፡፡
