Reporting to position : Sales Systems & Capability Manager
Purpose of the job
Work with the product owners to develop the implementation plan. Developing coaching and training modules for the field sales staff. Train and coach the field sales force on Sales System functionality and new way if working. Be the point of contact for end-users on all questions, incidents and problems for the sales systems solution
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Work with the product owners to develop the implementation plan.
- General communication to OpCo end-users
- Perform Integration and acceptance testing
- Collect and Validate Change Requests
Knowledge management Key User Team
- Developing coaching and training modules for the field sales staff
- Train the field sales force on Sales System functionality and new way if working
- Infield coaching
- Responsibility of a proper training, handover to a new Key User
- Train end-users
- Maintain local trainings material once in support is this Key-user
- Clear documentation of local roles & responsibilities
- Report training and coaching performance
First Point of Contact for Users
- Point of contact for end-users on all questions, incidents and problems for the sales systems solution
- Responsible for maintaining the list of who does what for all local business activities
- Overall Sales Systems performance reporting
- Propose actions and/or activities required for resolving of the problem or incident
- Align regularly with OpCo IT to investigate rout-causes and create a permanent solution for reoccurring challenges
Set Sales System business objectives
- Receive detailed insights from local sales system Users
- Look out for which functionalities the OpCo should adopt to contribute to the business objectives
Perform other activities as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
Education
Degree qualifications (BA, MA, MBA,) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting,
field of study are preferable:
Experience
- Prior experience in the following areas would be enabling:
- Sales administration
- Marketing Administration
- Prior experience in the Sales function
