MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aid innovation and lead managers to manage change
- Planning manpower for rooms, providing solutions and implementing measures to rectify any problem areas
- Create and establish a knowledge management system
- Create financial budget and plans
- Create strategies for talent management
- Develop self to maintain professional competence to lead the team
- Direct management of crisis situations
- Leverage technology for productivity and innovation
- Watch over divisional performance and create reward strategies to aid results
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- BA or MA Degree in Hotel Management or Related field of study
- 5 Years and Above
Skills
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Ability to give clear, concise instructions
- Proactive work style
- Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations
- Previous experience as supervisor in hospitality (front desk and/or guest services)
