Sudan Partners PLC would like to invite qualified candidates for position of Room Division Director.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Aid innovation and lead managers to manage change
• Planning manpower for rooms, providing solutions and implementing measures to rectify any problem areas
• Create and establish a knowledge management system
• Create financial budget and plans
• Create strategies for talent management
• Develop self to maintain professional competence to lead the team
• Direct management of crisis situations
• Leverage technology for productivity and innovation
• Watch over divisional performance and create reward strategies to aid results

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• BA or MA Degree in Hotel Management or Related field of study
• 5 Years and Above

Skills

• Well-developed leadership skills
• Ability to give clear, concise instructions
• Proactive work style
• Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations
• Previous experience as supervisor in hospitality (front desk and/or guest services)
