Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Banking/ Management or related field
Experience:
- 6 years of banking experience at the branch level; four of which in supervisory positions
Competency:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law, financial management, financial policies and regulations of Banks
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer application skills
