Job Description

Essential Function :

• Perform in the preparation of strategic plan and functional level strategy of the Bank;
• Consolidates and prepare annual plan and budget of the Bank;
• Prepares and consolidate periodic monthly, quarterly and annually performance reports;
• Implement corporate and department performance measurement and revisit as necessary;
• Conducts studies to assess the Bank’s strategic performance and advise department regarding results of studies;
• Performs planning, monitoring and evaluation report of the Bank in an orderly and timely manner, to the required quality, in line with plans and corporate requirements;
• Reviews proposals for major capital expenditures to ensure conformity with plans and determines economic justification of proposals;
• Prepare and consolidates action plan of the Bank;
• Periodically summarizes the Bank performance in comparison with banking industry in general and competing banks/peers groups in particular;
• Conduct macro studies on global and domestic economy and its impact on the financial services in general and banking industry in particular;
• Follow up the growth trajectory and profitability of the Bank;
• Participates in review existing planning tools, quality standards, practices and methodologies and recommend improvements to enhancing the performance and effectiveness of the planning system of the Bank;
• Gather and maintains statistical data on the banking industry;
• Consolidates and prepare annual performance report of the Bank;
• Conduct branch performance evaluation study when necessary; and
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• BA/MA in Business administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management any other related fields with 8.5/6.5 years’ work experience of which 2 years in relevant senior officer position in banking industry.
