Job Description

• Provide support in monitoring and evaluation of the respective projects, including data collection.
• Collect, record and analyze assessment surveys.
• Monitor the development of trainees.
• Support in the organization of workshops and trainings.
• Providing continuous support to the technical team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is desirable in either Social Studies, Communication, Textile engineering, Industrial engineering or related studies; 

Other knowledge, additional competences

• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a plus;
• Computer literacy is a plus; 
• Has an eye for detail;
• High degree of initiative, efficiency, integrity and accountability;
• High interest in self-development, intellectual curiosity and has the capacity of thinking outside the box;
• Ability to work alone as well as in a team.
