Job Description
- Provide support in monitoring and evaluation of the respective projects, including data collection.
- Collect, record and analyze assessment surveys.
- Monitor the development of trainees.
- Support in the organization of workshops and trainings.
- Providing continuous support to the technical team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is desirable in either Social Studies, Communication, Textile engineering, Industrial engineering or related studies;
Other knowledge, additional competences
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a plus;
- Computer literacy is a plus;
- Has an eye for detail;
- High degree of initiative, efficiency, integrity and accountability;
- High interest in self-development, intellectual curiosity and has the capacity of thinking outside the box;
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team.
