Job Description
- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
- Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
- Installing of mechanical parts and systems
- Performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
- Monitoring the availability of parts and prompting or informing the relevant person of an informed rate of use of parts.
- Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
- Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
- Required to support report writing, data analysis, problem solving.
- Utilize appropriate safety and environmental procedures for people, processes, materials, products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
Job Requirements
Key Requirements
- National B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or National Diploma in General Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics
- Processing & Packing Equipment’s experience is preferred
- Core Engineering Skills and manufacturing experience in Mechanical disciplines with 3 years working experience in manufacturing setup.
- Experience of working as part of an extended team within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Machining training/ experience if any
- Kaizen if any
