Job Description

Purpose of The Job

Under technical supervision of the Corporate HSE Manager, the HSE Manager will follow-up on the overall System implementation, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental compliance of all factories.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow-up and lead the implementation of HSE related strategies, standards, and procedures in all factories;
  • keep-track and monitor the HSE progress and performance in all factories and generate a quarterly report to the corporate HSE Manager
  • Visit all factories regularly to see and evaluate the performance and progress regarding Safety, Corporate HSE Manager.
  • Prepare Corporate Safety, Health, and Environmental annual training plans, follow-up the progress and
  • Coordinate the training in all factories and report the outcomes.
  • Assess the corporate need for health and safety signs to promote and improve staff awareness on safety, monitor the distribution and services of fire and pest protection globally.
  • Compile safety, health, and environmental compliance and system implementation reports of all factories, show trend analysis and put a suggestion on the improvement action plan
  • Compile all factories' accident and incident reports to show trend analysis, cost, and recommend improvement points and generate a report.
  • Promote and implement accident and incident prevention program
  • Keep up to date the relevant Safety, Health, and environmental legislations
  • Closely supervise and guide site HSE Coordinators
  • Work on other HSE related tasks directed by Corporate HSE Manager.

Expected Education and Experience

  • BSc degree in Health, Safety& environment or Related
  • 8 years’ experience
