Purpose of The Job

Under the direct supervision of Corporate Warehouse and Local RM Procurement Manager, the Kality Warehouse Head will be in charge for Kality warehouse management.

He/She will be responsible for efficient storage, proper team leading, deploy Health, Safety & Environment standards in the warehouse. Also responsible for the cleanliness of the warehouse, proper documentation of goods coming in and outgoing & ensures proper data reports to Supply chain management and finance.

He/She should be in close relation with relevant sections: Supply chain, Finance, sales, transport, HR, HSE. He/She will also be in close contact with the suppliers to ensure a smooth reception and delivery of the goods

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Standardize the inventory management system to the state-of-the-art system based on company requirements.
• See whether the minimum and maximum levels of various groups of finished goods are being managed according to the sales demand
• Prioritize shipments based on the availability of trucks, drivers, cost, and customer requirements
• Ensure ways to improve loading and unloading routine activity of the Assigned trucks on the unit
• Ensure all the goods movements are done with properly authorized documents with zero tolerance of delay.
• Arrange deliveries for inspection and collect the inspection results from the concerned department.
• Arrange materials in an excellent manner which influences the level of service delivery at optimal level.
• Check for damages/shortages stock levels and prepare a report. Compile and submit the daily, monthly, etc.…. reports timely.
• Perform the daily cycle count without delay and per the times set for the task.
• Ensure all the assets and equipment are maintained in a good working environment according to company standards and applicable regulations
• Ensure that empties and full products are stored safely and with high-level security in adherence to the company warehousing standards and safety policies. 
• Organize timely and accurate data gathering for warehousing reports preparation and distribution
• Interpret and analyze the warehousing reports figures and present and explain the reports to relevant stakeholders concise and impactful manner.
• Report critical problem areas and propose improvement opportunities
• Ensure the goods received note for the right empties and full products are prepared and distributed to the responsible department due time
• Ensure that accurate stock records (Bin Cards) of materials received, issued, and in storage are maintained and see that the posting is up to date.
• Make timely reconciliation (weekly and monthly) to ensure the physical and financial records aligned
• Communicate and enforce quality awareness among the staff
• Separate quickly quality defective goods in stock and ensure that they are not picked
• Initiate improvement actions to prevent stock quality issues and initiate improvement actions to prevent quality issues
• Enforce quality standards are met by logistics service providers and storekeepers
• Minimize or avoid conditions that can cause deterioration in the quality of the beer, damage it, or damage its packaging and implement processes for efficient and timely report
• Ensure that all documents relating to receipts and issues are sent to finance and other concerned departments.
• Take inventory for the materials periodically and report if there is any discrepancy.
• Above all, he has to ensure the existence of mutual support and good communication among all his staff in the warehouse. He has to perform an evaluation of the employees in his section based on objective facts once a year based on the evaluation policy of the company.
• He also performs other company duties assigned to him by his immediate Supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Ample experience in Warehouse management,
• Ample experience working in the manufacturing industry, and logistics companies
• Budget management skills
• Extremely efficient in people management skills

Expected Education and Experience

• Minimum First Degree in Logistics and Supply chain, Accounting, Economics and the related field of study
• Minimum 5 Years of relevant Work in Warehouse Management
