Job Description
Reporting to position Executive Assistant
Purpose of the job
- Ensures the proper maintenance of the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and up-date all data concerning all maintenance related issues of the building
- Ensure all the light bulbs and other electronical equipment are functional
- Ensure all the windows and doors in the building are working
- Ensure the toilets are functional
- Periodically supervise the overall condition of the building
- Follow-up periodically the implementation of the Employee performance management
- Handles other assignments as instructed by line manager
Job Requirements
Education
- 12th Grade Complete
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources [General Service] preferably in a manufacturing sector
