Job Description

  • The job holder is responsible to ensure the desired service quality service quality standard of the bank is set and assurance the consistent service quality is delivered for Bank customers. The jobholder is also responsible to ensure the contact center service of the bank is working as per the policy and procedure of the Bank. The jobholders will identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the Bank through effective talent management

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Management or related fields, plus minimum of 12 years’ experience working in a Business Development role in a financial environment, of which 3 years in a managerial position
