 JOB SUMMARY

Provides Supervision oversight for the construction project, including overall construction/maintenance, electrical and plumbing works follow-up, coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Job Requirements

• Diploma from technical and vocational school in building technology.
• Able to do Electrical & plumbing works by Own self.
• 10 years and above proven work experience out of which 5 years in real estate sector.
• Knowledge of computer applications & engineering software’s.
• Interpersonal Knowledge with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized with excellent time management skills.

• Good planning, organizing analytical and decision-making skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills;
• Confidentiality and integrity
