Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Liaison Person well-organized with strong leadership skills to join our growing team.

  • Liaisoning with government authorities.
  • Taking necessary approvals & clearances from government authorities
  • PCB approval for running construction projects.
  • Approval for power connection, water connection etc. for construction projects.
  • Approval for running captive power DG s etc. for construction projects.
  • Follow-up with various government officers for Approvals
  • Good knowledge of Development Control Regulation (DCR)
  • Co-ordinate with Design Architects for finalization of the plans with respect to submission / approval of the plans
  • To follow up with Government Dept.
  • Preparing draft reports for submission & approvals
  • Coordinating with the design team during conceptualization of the design and reviewing architectural working drawings from liaisoning point of view
  • Site Visits for the various stages of proposal

Job Requirements

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two-five years or above experience in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong teamworking skills
  • Flexibility
  • Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation
  • A driving license
