- Education Qualifications: BA or BSc in Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, and Mathematics, Statistics and related Fields Diploma or advanced diploma in CII or LOMA is added advantage.
- Work Experience: 14 years of relevant work experiences in Insurance companies of which 4 years as Director under DCEO or CEO
