Job Summary

The Manager, District Office is responsible for the execution of the Bank’s strategy by advising and controlling the activities of the branches within the district and also responsible for the overall profitability and operational success of the branches within the district which includes improving customer service, profitability, operational efficiencies, governance and controls.

Job Requirement

Minimum Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.

Required Work Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience, of which 5 years in Managerial Position.

Place of Work: Bahirdar, Jimma and Dire Dawa
