Responsibilities
- Implementation of all financial activities
- Maintaining accurate and complete record and documents of the organization
- Design and uses of sound financial control system to safeguard asset
- Supervise and checks all financial activity including payment, payroll, controlling cash and other accounts, bank reconciliation statement, liabilities for correctness and timely deliver.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Develop work plan at unit and individual level.
- Checks and verify the payment request according to the related agreement
- Check the replenishment of petty cash fund and arrange disbursement
- Close account monthly and facilitate year end closing activity
- Ensure timely deposit of all collection
- Ensure the timely settlement of obligation of taxes and other payments
- Preparation of Payroll
- Prepare periodic financial reports
- Files all financial documents and Reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- BA Degree in accounting
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Three years or more experience in the same fields
