Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement finance manuals, strategies, policies, and ERP/digital systems aligned with Apex’s mission. - Build dashboards and automated reporting for management and Board-level oversight. - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Constantly monitor costs and pricing to determine real-time profitability. - Prepare and submit all tax filings: excise, withholding, salary tax, pension, VAT, and annual returns. - Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure accuracy of financial records. - Manage loan applications, collateral reporting, and bank relationships. - Engage with suppliers, regulators, and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance. - Maintain and update product costing models.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement finance manuals, strategies, policies, and ERP/digital systems aligned with Apex’s mission. - Digitize inventory, receivables, payables, and cash‐flow tracking for real‐time visibility. - Take ownership of Apex’s full financial reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual). - Present financial analysis and scenario planning directly to the CEO to influence strategic decisions. - Optimize use of credit, loans and overdraft facilities. - Act as Apex’s lead contact with banks for loan applications, overdraft renewals, and collateral reporting. - Negotiate favorable terms with banks, suppliers, and regulators to support Apex’s scaling plans. - Engage with suppliers, regulators, and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Experience: 4 years and above Duties & Responsibilities: - Handle Monthly ,quarterly and annual closing and reconciliations of bank - Compute taxes and prepare tax returns ensuring Compliance with tax regulations - Documents financial transactions by entering account information. - Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. - Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger reconciliations - Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and financial records - Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes - Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger. - Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. - Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and implement cost accounting and budgeting systems. - Prepare budget utilization reports, including variance analysis between actual and planned costs. - Monitor work-in-progress, goods in transit, and reconcile stock and inventory accounts. - Lead periodic and annual inventory counts and manage related documentation.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2/4 Years as Auditor
