Job Description
Nordic Medical Centre is looking for dynamic and energetic job applicants for the following position:
Reports to: CEO & COO
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
- Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met.
- Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability and minimize financial risk.
- Should preferably know about issues in healthcare finance and be aware of special tax laws and regulations that affect healthcare industry.
- Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
- Implement IFRS standard procedures to improve the efficiency of financial operations.
- Report to management and stakeholders and provide financial advice.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Job Requirements
Education and Experiences
- Minimum BA or MA in Accounting and Finance
- ACCA Certificate
- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in financial administration roles,
- Minimum 2 years of management experience with a record of increasing responsibility & scope
- IFRS knowledge and experience
Additional skills:
- Analytical mind and ability to stick to time constraints.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Able to manage, guide and lead coworkers.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent computer skills, including use of ICT packages.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant tax governance and regulations
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
