Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study with relevant work expereince in research or survey projects Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct data collection in the field using Survey CTO and ODK. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data collection process. - Collaborate with team members to meet data collection objectives. - Translate survey materials as needed into Amharic and Affan Oromo. - Maintain confidentiality and security of all collected data. Required Skills: - Proficient in Survey CTO and ODK. - Fluency in Affan Oromo is mandatory; English and Amharic are also required. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in conducting large-scale quantitative data collection, especially involving migration, climate change, or socioeconomic assessments. Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct household and individual-level quantitative surveys using digital data collection tools (e.g., KoBoToolbox, SurveyCTO) on mobile devices. - Ensure strict adherence to the study protocol, including consent procedures and ethical guidelines. - Demonstrate strong awareness of and sensitivity to the needs and vulnerabilities of target populations. - Identify and flag any issues, inconsistencies, or errors in the survey tool and communicate them to the supervisor promptly. - Follow data security and confidentiality protocols during and after interviews. - Coordinate daily with the Field Team Leader to report on progress and address challenges.

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Implement MEAL Policy: Ensure effective application of the MEAL policy in alignment with the project’s objectives to strengthen peace, resilience, and disaster risk reduction across cross-border communities. - Lead Assessments & Evaluations: Manage assessments and evaluations that measure progress on conflict prevention, social cohesion, and resilience-building, from tool design through data analysis. - Strengthen MEAL Plans & Reporting: Support development and implementation of MEAL plans, including Master beneficiary list (MBL) that reflect the project’s specific objectives, ensuring timely and quality reporting on key indicators such as social cohesion and livelihood coping strategies.
