Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Design Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and guide students to develop their creative talents and technical abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging curriculum and lesson plans for graphic design courses.
Teach fundamental and advanced graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, branding, and digital media.
Instruct students on the use of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and others.
Provide constructive feedback on student projects and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure course content remains current.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
Mentor and support students in building portfolios and preparing for careers in graphic design.
Collaborate with other faculty and administration to improve program offerings and student outcomes.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or in a related field of study
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design within industries such as advertising, marketing, digital media, branding, or publishing.
Proven experience teaching graphic design or professional training level is highly preferred.
Proficiency in key design software Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across print and digital platforms.
Experience working on real-world client projects or campaigns is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students.
Teaching certification or relevant credentials is a plus.
