Job Summary
TIMEX TRADING P.L.C A well- known construction Equipment importer and distributor, and Export of different kinds of oil seeds, would like to recruit for the Different Vacant position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finding tender bid through available channels.
- Reading tender website, magazine and newspapers.
- Procuring floating tender documents.
- Applying and subscribing for supplier list in potential customers.
- Providing information for Sales & Marketing Manager for further processing of the bid.
- Preparing tender checklist.
- Preparing bid document.
- Submitting bid document, follow up and perform related activities.
- Achieving quarterly, semiannual and annual targets.
Outdoor:
- Planning and arranging our door plan on weekly and monthly base.
- Setting target product and related target potential customer to be visited or contacted.
- Performing outdoor visit in a planned, coordinated and cost efficient way.
- Achieving target based on visit and creating sales leads.
- Developing leads for sales and achieve the target.
- Achieving quarterly, semiannual and annual targets
Job Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of Five years’ work experience on Tender and Outdoor.
