Key Responsibilities:

• Together with woreda government partners assist Communities and Community Based Organizations/ Cooperatives in project activity planning, formulation of implementation strategies and action plans and have these carried out and followed up in the field.
• Ensures that project outputs and activities are monitored, and data (project achievement indicators) recorded in such a way to permit evaluation and assess impacts.
• Ensures that the process and methods followed in implementing project activities are in line with agreed project strategy and methodology and activities accomplished and outputs achieved and results documented.

Job Requirement

B.Sc. Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, Plan Science, or related fields with minimum of three years practical & relevant experience. The candidate should possess good negotiation and communication skills, good interpersonal skills and proven writing skill in English.
